Kimchi cheese toastie
2 slices of bread of your choice, add a lots of cheese of your choice again. (I use Sainsbury's Grated Four Cheese Mix )
Then put a spoonful of the kimchi evenly on top. You can either use a pan or a sandwich toaster, pressing down gently until the bread is golden brown and crisp, and the cheese has melted. Cut in half, and serve it straightaway!
The richness of the cheddar cheese balances nicely with the tangy and spicy flavors of kimchi.

I had the Original flavour for my toastie but I can imagine the wild garlic kimchi will also go really well too!!!
